Desk constantly understaffed! 45 min. Waiting for check out !! Breakfast too expensive.

The breakfast was excellent, the service friendly and fast. We were conveniently upgraded to a huge and quiet suite. The garage is directly at the hotel and with € 25 per day reasonably priced.

In the bathroom, the joints could be renewed. The cozy garden, unfortunately, was open for breakfast only on the last day due to repairs.

Breakfast was a feast, with a make-your-own muesli station loaded with staples like linseed, pepitas, and goji berries. The room was spacious and elegant, boasting a cozy sitting area and plush bedding. The hotel's design-which blends modern luxury with historical architecture-was fine!

Shower curtain inconvenience.

The central location. The accommodation was very good and in any case recommendable.

My wife had 2 small doses of medicine on the desk and they were not there after room cleaning. We checked in all our suitcases, bags etc. 3 times that happened when the pills were not there anymore. Fortunately, they were not мшефд drugs, if it had been mine it would have been more critical.

We were upgraded and found ourselves in a super big and nice room. Again, that absolutely inspired us. The hotel has a great location, the center with many cafes, bars, and restaurants are just around the corner.

Great breakfast variety and efficient staff. The stairs were tricky and uneven.

This hotel is situated a couple of minutes walk from the Duomo and other historical sites in Turin. It is also convenient for public transport and restaurants. It is a modern building with a minimalist style of decor. It has a bar and serves bar snacks. We did not use the restaurant as the menu seemed rather expensive. We would recommend it for a sightseeing or business trip to Turin.

Perfect location for a city trip. We got a free upgrade. The room was big, air-conditioned and very quiet. Mattresses are very comfortable, not too hard. Parking in the underground garage with lift directly into the lobby was possible, costs 25 euros per day. Nearby there are two beautiful squares with nice restaurants for the evening, the sights are all within walking distance. All around perfect!

I enjoyed my stay! The rooftop viewing terrace provided amazing panoramic views of the city. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with its diverse options like the make-your-own muesli station and a variety of fresh juices that catered to all my dietary preferences. The historical interior design added character, from the beautifully preserved lobby with an 1880 fortepiano to the stylish combination of old and modern touches in the rooms.

The staff spoke really good English and were very welcoming and friendly, as were all the locals that we met. The hotel was in a good location in the centre of the city, the room was clean and modern and breakfast was good too.

Immaculately clean and truly exceptional hotel, views are panoramic, location is unbeatable close to all the main attractions. The staff are very amiable and attentive. The room is moderately priced. There is lots of good food for breakfast❤

Great location near the historical center of Turin. Walking distance to major attractions, including the Egyptian Museum. The rooms were clean and offered comfortable accommodations with a lovely modern design. The breakfast was a highlight-plentiful options with a make-your-own muesli station and a variety of freshly baked goods. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the reception team who provided helpful insights about local dining options. On the downside, the air conditioning in the room was inconsistent, even after requests for adjustments. The shower design left something to be desired. The use of shower curtains felt outdated and less sanitary. A pleasant stay with some room for improvements.

The location is perfect for the city of Torino, you cant get any better. Walking distance to everything you need or want.

It was very expensive for such a tiny room. The air conditioner doesn't go below 22 degrees c, so I left the windows open and the street noise was ridiculous til the wee hours then started up again with bright and early.

Large comfortable room, large, well-equipped bathroom, nice view, good parking facilities beneath the hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast, leisurely check-out time, all you could wish for in a stylish, modern 4-star hotel, only 5 minutes from Turin cathedral.

Rather small towel.

the air conditioning wasn't very effective (found it too warm). however, the room had a fantastic terrace and the bathroom featured luxury products (including a nice facial mask). also, the staff was engaged and friendly.
